Created for the GSMA in 2016, YoMo is an interactive, hands-on festival of science and technology that brings classroom learning to life.
I designed and built a global, dynamic programme that combined a hands-on festival with virtual engagements for students and educators – promoting STEAM subjects to over 100,000 young people over three continents.
This programme exceeded its objectives, with over 100,000 festival attendees each year and up to 500,000 participating in the year-round digital programme. The 2019 festival saw a 100% year-on-year increase in both attendees and sales.
With my natural ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships, I built an effective stakeholder network across business and industry, R&D laboratories, professional institutions, government, universities and outreach organisations.
